The Duchess of Cambridge has been keeping up wit her royal duties, but sources say the stress is finally getting to her.

According to OK! Magazine, the 34-year-old has dropped under 100 pounds, a scary weight considering her 5'9" frame.

"She's lost a dramatic amount of weight," an insider revealed to the magazine. "She's way too thin. It's no wonder there's been so much speculation about her health."

Though Middleton "insists she's fine," sources claim hubby Prince William is "worried sick about her."

"She's definitely not her usual sparkly self right now…she's not sleeping and has totally lost her appetite," the insider added.
The source also noted that Kate's second pregnancy "was the most exhausting experience, alongside all the royal duties she's had to deal with, including that huge tour of India."
