Carrey and White were together on September 10, 2015 at the Kayne Griffin Corcoran Gallery gallery in Hollywood, two weeks before she committed suicide.

The Irish born makeup artist was found dead in her apartment on September 28, 2015. She and Carrey had been dating on and off for three years. White was 28 years old at the time of her death.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, White was taking courses at the Church of Scientology Investigative journalist, Tony Ortega, told RadarOnline.com that White was in the beginning stages of becoming a Scientologist when she killed herself. "Cathriona was encouraged to explore Scientology by the singer, Beck, also a practicing Scientologist. That is how she was introduced to it, is what her friends told me," Ortega said.

Carrey released a statement about her death, saying he was "shocked" and "deeply saddened" over her suicide. "She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her."

White left a suicide note in her Sherman Oaks, Calif. apartment.
