Aniston, 48, and Handler, 42, became close after the former Friends star appeared on Handler’s late-night talk show.
As their friendship grew, Aniston even gave her bff her first interview after getting engaged to Justin Theroux.
The usually snarky host gushed about Jen’s new guy, calling him “the greatest guy ever” and saying they make “the greatest couple ever.”

Handler was also a guest at Aniston and Theroux’s 2015 wedding.
And the raunchy comedian was quick to slam the breakup of Brad Pitt’s marriage to Angelina Jolie.
“He married a f**king lunatic,” she said on her show. RadarOnline.com readers remember that Pitt was married to Aniston when he reportedly cheated on her with Jolie while filming the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
In the past, Handler has joked that being friends with Aniston is “a burden” but in all seriousness promised her friend, “I wouldn’t screw you over, I just wouldn’t do that.”
But the lovefest seems over now. In a recent interview on The Howard Stern Show, Handler seemingly blabbed about her falling out with Aniston, saying, “If you lie to me or you lie about me, I can’t take that. … I’m a really good friend and I expect the same in return.”
