Bad luck struck again! Griffith and girlfriend Jessica Henry called it quits after a tumultuous year dating which found them on the losing side in a nasty trial with Evans, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

"Nathan and Jessica broke up," a source close to the couple told Radar. Evans constantly sparred with the couple during their relationship, telling of her anguish when Henry and Griffith cut her son Kaiser's hair for the first time without her permission. Evans was arrested after the two came to her house to collect Griffith's belongings and Evans was accused of throwing a glass at Henry. Evans was found not guilty by the jury, but Griffith and Henry admitted on the stand that they were using that trial to try and manipulate Evans into giving him more custodial time with baby Kaiser.

Griffith taunted his ex by posting a picture with his friend Mariah just days after the break. "Don't believe me, just watch!" he wrote about the snap where he is smiling and she is saluting the camera.

When Griffith and Henry posted their pumped-up photos, Evans filed court documents in their custody battle stating she believed her baby daddy was "abusing illegal substances including steroids." Griffith and Henry denied it.

Henry and Griffith's relationship was a constant source of drama for Evans. Henry had a no contact order against Evans, which caused problems for the couple in the spring when Griffith was flying to New York City to film the Teen Mom 2 reunion show. "Producers have been speaking to Nathan about the Jessica going on the trip and they don't want it to interfere with Jenelle's no-contact order," a source told Radar. "If Jessica goes to NYC, Jenelle can't be in the same area as her. She can be arrested for being in the same area as Jessica." Do you think Nathan will stay single for long?
