What exactly is Teresa charged with?

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are both facing 30 counts of financial fraud. Those charges include instances of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, lying on loan and mortgage applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe is also charged with failure to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008.

At worst, she could be facing more than fifty years: The conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud count carries a potential penalty of 20 years in prison, the bank fraud and loan application fraud counts carry a potential penalty of 30 years in prison and the bankruptcy fraud counts carry a maximum penalty of 5 years.

New Jersey-based attorney Darren Del Sardo told Fox411's Poptart column that Bravo is likely speaking to attorneys now to protect themselves from future legal trouble. However, he said, "It is unlikely that Bravo would be named in any criminal action."

When Joe and Teresa were charged with fraud before, he said he "might have" forged her name, clearing the way for Teresa to be discharged from the case. Attorney Monica Chacon says he's likely to work for a similar deal now.

Yes. Joe is not an American citizen, so he could be heading back to Italy. According to the Immigration and Nationality Act, "document fraud, forgery, counterfeiting, or related violations" are potential grounds for deportation.
