New details about the house of horrors where Amanda Berry and 2 other women have been kept for a decade.

Police swarmed 2207 Seymour Avenue in Cleveland on Monday after Amanda Berry broke free and called 911. A neighbor tells RadarOnline that Berry said she was locked in the basemen with a chain. The house is an active crime scene as authorities figure out what went on inside for the past decade. The owner of the house and his brothers have been arrested. Authorities admitted they previously made a visit to the home but did not make contact with anyone.

Charles Ramsey was on his porch across the street when he heard Amanda Berry's cries for help on May 6. The house where Berry and two other women plus Berry's daughter were held has an open porch. Ariel Castro, 52, the owner of the house was arrested along with his two brothers, who previously owned the home and sold it to him in 1992.

Official records show the house is 1796 square feet with only one bathroom and an unfinished basement. Berry told a neighbor she was imprisoned in the basement.
