The Voice coaches took their love out of California as they try and conceive a baby together via IVF treatments.
Shelton, 41, was seen kissing Stefani, 47, as they performed onstage at the opening of his new restaurant and live music venue, Ole Red in Tishomingo.
The mother-of-three vamped up her image for the performance sporting a distressed denim miniskirt, a dark blue lace top with thigh suede high boots and biker’s jacket.
Shelton dressed in al denim as he played before their fans at the brand new venue.
The country singer was raised in nearby Ada and seemed to have a great time playing music together on stage with his lady.
The couple - who started dating back in 2015 while working on The Voice together - were later seen leaving the venue holding hands.
Talking about his new venture Shelton said: "The only thing that's really in it for me is to have a place to anytime I feel like it I can come in here and pull up a stool and play some country music.
