Worst: Another fail–while this frock highlight’s Emmy Rossums curves,the detail hits her in several wrong places. Her makeup is white wash and we can’t help thinking this would just look better on Beyonce.

Best: Entourage’s Adrian Grenier in a muted blue suit with a knit tie at GQ Magazine’s Gentleman’s Ball.

Did Mark Wahlberg miss a memo? He arrived to the awards with an old-school headset, hoodie and jeans.

On The Fence: We appreciate the high fashion notes on Chanel Iman’s princess cocktail dress, but wished she would’ve vamped it up more for the guys.

Best: Kid Cudi looks like a full-blown man in textured gray (clearly the color of the evening) and a casual black Oxford.

Best: Cheers to The City’s Olivia Palermo for taking a risk with a mod petticoat, contrasting clutch and dusty teal boots. And for bringing that hot guy.

Worst: Model Jamie Burke looks like he’s booked a gig as face of the Vincent Price collection.

Best: Leighton Meester’s gorgeous guy Sebastian Stan looks simply chic. Points for pointed suede loafers.
