WORST: We love Cher, but what was she thinking? The iconic singer stepped out to the AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards looking like she was dressed by a gypsy, then attacked by moths. Note her orthopedic looking sandals, which showed off her blue toe nails.

BEST: Mary Louise Parker looked super sexy in a black gown, which featured sexy cutouts. We love how she paired the number with chunky heels, adding an edgy component.
