BEST: Piper Perabo (best known for her role in Coyote Ugly) ravished in red
at a screening and reception for Covert Affairs at the Soho House in NYC.

WORST: With all the money Shaq makes, you would think he could afford real
shoes to wear to a press conference. The giant baller attended a press
conference in Las Vegas wearing bedroom slippers with a shiny blue ensemble.

BEST: Gwyneth Paltrow looked sensationally summery, adding awesome
accessories like a blue monogrammed Goyard bag and Givenchy sandals to
casually chic duds.

BEST: Ciara enjoyed a day of shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills,
rocking a studded backpack, which was far from elementary.

BEST: Nicole Scherzinger showed off her covetable curves in a
sophisticatedly styled pencil dress at the X Factor auditions in Manchester.

WORST: We were on the fence about Claire Forlani’s embroidered gown, but the
fact that it was an inch too short, docked her a few points. The beautiful
actress was attending the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party in London.

BEST: Nicola Peltz looked beautiful in blue and black at a Parisian
photocall for The Last Airbender.

WORST: The pattern is bad enough on Kristen Bell’s Darker Side of Green
debate series dress, but how about that painfully shredded hemline?

BEST: Jessica Alba has been all about the white dress lately, but we are not
complaining! The jetsetting fashionista made her way to Berlin for the Boss
Black Event, rocking brown cutout heels with a crisscross patterned frock.

WORST: Only Lady Gaga would walk the streets of NYC dressed to work the
corner!

BEST: Gretchen Rossi radiated in red at the Darker Side of Green debate
series. Her sculpted red mini featured embellished straps.

WORST: Shauna Sands has definitely met her a la mode match! The boisterous
blonde was spotted out in Hollywood with a dud who dressed equally as awful
as her.

BEST: Ashley Tisdale rocked Nicole Richie’s Winter Kate wrap, while running
errands in Los Angeles.

WORST: Spanish actress Paz de la Huerta looked a bit worst for wear, ironically walking the red carpet of the NYC premiere of Time For Change.

WORST: Jayde Nicole looked like she was waiting for the school bus, dressed in juvenile duds outside of a Los Angeles restaurant.

WORST: We sort of love Kelly Rippa’s tie-dye dress, but it didn’t suit the super skinny talk show host.

WORST: When wearing spandex pants, please wear a longer shirt Angel McCord! AnnaLynne’s less famous sis enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles looking not-so-haute in an unfortunately unflattering ensemble!
