After losing longtime hosts Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and fill-in judge Kathy Griffin last year, Fashion Police now only consists of three full-time cast members. Executive producer Melissa Rivers, who replaced her mom after her death, “Just wants everyone to get along,” a well-connected source tells RadarOnline.com.

As RadarOnline.com reported, comedian Margaret Cho is being offered a full-time position on the show as the fourth permanent Fashion Police panelist. The insider adds, “She is loved so much that they fear that losing her would really ruin things again. Everyone is really pushing for her to accept a full-time position.”

Well, not everyone! Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes and Cho do not see eye-to-eye on many things. “They are both total divas and do not hate each other, but they do not love each other either,” says the source.

In this photo, posted by Melissa on Instagram, it appears that she had to cut Cho out of the photo so that Leakes could have the spotlight. “People just think that NeNe is jealous because Margaret is just so naturally funny,” the source tells RadarOnline.com.

It is not only Cho and Leakes that are butting heads though. According to another on-set source, “Brad Goreski’s career as being a stylist for celebrities walking the red carpet is causing problems on the set. No one can criticize Brad’s work for Modern Family star Sarah Highland, or Downton Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt, for example."

Hinting at the tension, Leakes posted this on her Instagram, along with a caption that said, “Don’t come for me hunni!” Said the source, "Going forward, during the upcoming awards season, Brad will work with more celebrities and producers don’t know how they are going to handle it. It maybe wasn’t the smartest idea to hire an active stylist of the Hollywood elite.”

“There are just a lot of politics going on behind the scenes and it is causing a lot of friction on the set,” the source adds. But at least ratings are solid!
