The German nude model known as Beshine has been billed as owning “The World’s Biggest Boobs.” Now 30, Beshine, born Mayra Hills, fills a Z cup! Once an A cup, she has gotten regular injections that expand her implants. As of 2011, Beshine’s breasts weighed about 20 pounds each. Her bras are custom made and she struggles to find clothes that fit. In an interview on her web site, Beshine said, “It is always an adventure to be in public with such big boobs.”
While Beshine appears to have the biggest cup size, New York born porn star Maxi Mounds (born Jenna Curlington) officially has the “world’s largest augmented breasts,” according to the Guiness Book of World Records. Instead of having the usual saline or silicone implants, Maxi, 48, has (the now illegal) polypropylene string breast implants, which irritate breast tissue, causing her breasts to grow continuously. Maxi claims to wear a 156MMM bra. Each breast weighs 20 pounds and is bigger than her head.
A Russian woman desperate to look like Jessica Rabbit has the world's biggest lips after having more than 100 silicone injections. Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova, 22, calls herself the "most famous woman on the Russian-language internet"—and it’s all because of her anime-style Barbie doll looks. Although Valeria claims only to have had one surgery, a boob job, people started digging through her old social networking posts and profiles, cataloguing all the rumored surgeries she'd undergone—from nose jobs to rib removal. Valeria explains that her freakishly tiny waist comes from daily gym visits and a liquid-only diet.

In 1996, high stakes gambler Brian Zembic took a bet for $100,000 that he couldn't keep a set of 38C breast implants in for a year. He not only won the wager but got so used to the fake boobs that he still has them! Zembic, 47, has appeared on numerous TV shows and magazines to talk about his breast implants. He claimed that the boobs made him more popular with women and that he wouldn't have them removed unless people made fun of his daughter for his bizarre choice.

Instead of getting the smoother skin she wanted, Mioku wound up with a hideously disfigured mug! The model had been a plastic surgery addict from the age of 28. After Mioku’s cooking oil debacle was featured on Korean TV, viewers sent her donations for surgery to fix her face, but doctors could only do so much and she’s still disfigured.
One of the most famous plastic surgery addicts ever, Jocelyn Wildenstein was dubbed The Bride of Wildenstein because she was the wife of wealthy art dealer Alec Wildenstein. But she is also called the Catwoman because, after catching her husband in bed with a Russian model, she allegedly tried to win Alec back by getting plastic surgery to look like the big cats he loved. But it didn’t work and the couple divorced in 1999. Jocelyn, now 72, has reportedly spent almost $4 million on cosmetic surgery over the years, getting at least seven face-lifts, drastic eye reconstruction surgery, and collagen injections to her lips, cheeks and chin.
The former frontman of the British band Dead or Alive, known for the 1985 hit You Spin Me Round (Like a Record), Pete Burns, 53, has become more famous for his extensive plastic surgery, including lip enlargements, cheek implants, and several rhinoplasties. Burns revealed in early 2006 that he had spent almost all of his life savings on eighteen months of reconstructive surgery after a procedure on his lips went horribly wrong. In 2009, he reportedly received an out-of-court settlement from the doctor who performed his lip surgery. Burns told ABC News of his plastic surgery, “I see it as an art form. I see myself as my own clay, and I was remodeling it.”
Dennis Avner, also known by his Native American name of Stalking Cat, underwent incredible plastic surgery after an Indian chief told him to follow the ways of a tiger. The Nevada man died last year at age 54 of a suspected suicide.
The 41-year-old freak show performer from Kentucky transformed himself into a reptile through 700 hours of tattooing, five Teflon horns implanted beneath the skin of his eyebrows, filing down of his teeth into sharp fangs, bifurcation of his tongue, and stretching of his septum and earlobes. Erik Sprague, a former philosophy student, said he likes to “make people laugh” through entertaining—and his weird look!

She also got a rib broken and re-set to make her body look more womanly. Lepore told The Insider in 2006 of her plastic surgeries, “I lost count.”
British industrial musician and performance artist Genesis P-Orridge and his late wife, Jacqueline Breyer (also known as Lady Jaye) marked their ten-year anniversary by deciding to literally become each other through a series of cosmetic surgeries. Beginning in 2003, P-Orridge and Lady Jaye received matching breast implants, nose and cheek jobs, liposuction, and other procedures that helped them look like twins. After Lady Jaye died in 2007 from stomach cancer, P-Orridge, now 53, continued transforming himself to look like her. He told New York Magazine in 2009, “We could have bought a house or something like that. But we’re artists. It’s not rational.”

Now 57, this Kentucky native was listed in The Guinness Book of World Records as having more cosmetic surgery procedures than anyone else in the world—52. The operations, including five facelifts, liposuction, and eye jobs, have cost her a whopping $100,000. “For me, it was just to look better,” Cindy Jackson shrugged. She even had her hands injected to minimize veins.
Although Cindy Jackson reportedly holds the official plastic surgery record, English model Alicia Douvall has claimed to have had more than 100 cosmetic procedures, including a facelift, tummy tuck, six nose jobs, and 15 boob jobs. She even had her toes shortened! Douvall said in a 2009 interview with the Independent that she was addicted to plastic surgery. “My philosophy is 'if it can be changed, it will be'.” The thirtysomething mom later had all her facial implants removed to try to save her ravaged looks, according to The Sun.
British security guard Gavin Paslow gave himself fangs, a forked tongue and horns to look like Satan. The transformation began when he had two domed implants made from hard Teflon implanted on either side of his forehead. The surgery took five hours in 2008. The same cosmetic surgeon carried out a further procedure to fork his tongue - which involved slicing it down the middle with a scalpel. Paslow later had an operation to make his ears pointed at the tips, and devilish dental work. He might not be through yet! The 41-year-old told The Sun in 2011, “What I really want is a tail.”
