Jan Shane, sister of the late L’Wren Scott, is upset that the late designer will not be buried in her native Ogden, Utah.
L’Wren’s adopted parents Ivan and Lula Bambrough are buried at the the Ben Lomond Cemetery, a small graveyard close to the family home.
The 53-year-old Shane said she’s unhappy because she’s been left out of the funeral planning process.
Scott’s name is etched on the back of the headstone along with those of her siblings, Shane said.

Shane said her late parents’ dying wish was for the family to be buried in the plot.
Shane said her brother Randall has been uncooperative in the planning process with Scott’s love, Mick Jagger.
"I can't even imagine what our parents are thinking now … I just ache for them,” Shane said of the events of the past week.
