Jim Zetz, 62, from Murrieta, Calif. has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and knowing he wouldn't live to see his daughter get married he walked her down the aisle during a March 14 backyard ceremony.

The "wedding" took place the same day Josie turned 11, and her father placed a sparkly ring on her index finger.
