Bethenny's Ex RENTING Posh Bachelor Pad As Frankel Sells Their House Of Horrors

Bethenny Frankel isn't the only one moving on from her bitter divorce! RadarOnline.com has learned that Jason Hoppy has rented a lux bachelor pad in the same neighborhood as their marital home — and can give a look inside his new apartment!
Hoppy, 46, tied the knot with Frankel, 45, in 2010 and separated from the Skinnygirl mogul in 2012. Their divorce was finalized in July, and he was forced to move out of their Tribeca condo.
RadarOnline.com has now learned that the businessman is renting a one bedroom, two-bathroom home within blocks of his old pad.
It's unclear where the couple's daughter, Bryn, 6, will sleep when she's with her dad.

But, Bryn will get to relax in the building's play area and indoor pool!
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Hoppy loves living in downtown Manhattan — as he boasted about his lifestyle on his Bumble dating profile.
Meanwhile, the RHONY star is eager to get out, and listed their former home at $6.95 million.
