WACKY: With a mane of pink and purple hair that would make even Katy Perry jealous, singer StayC was an eye-catching sight at the Voli Lights Vodkas Event in West Hollywood. Her shredded pantyhose, black and fuchsia platform boots, black leather mini and baggy sweater could be called her eclectic personal style if worn alone – but throw them on at the same time and top off with a rugged backpack, and you have the ingredients of a hot mess!

BEST: The batwing sleeves on Anne Hathaway’s draped white gown by Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisc was reminiscent of fellow leading character in The Dark Knight Rises, but was worn to celebrate her new film, Les Miserables, at the world premiere held at the Odeon & Empire Leicester Square in London. With its dramatic neckline, plunging back and pearl-beaded texture, the dramatic dress was the perfect way to feminize the actress’ short cropped haircut.

WACKY: Les Miserables sadly wasn’t a fashion hit for all the premiere’s guests, with Laura Bailey hitting a very bad note in a pink ball gown that made her look like a walking dessert! The puffy shoulders, lace bodice and long satin skirt of the sickly sweet dress may have been the voice actress’ attempt at reflecting the historical period theme, but instead she lowered the tone of the prim and proper event.

WORST: It’s almost as if Chinese actress Bai Ling goes out of her way to wear crazy costumes to make sure she’s still in the spotlight, and the Voli Lights Vodkas Event in West Hollywood was no different! Countless innocent pom-poms must have been sacrificed for her hideous fluffy white jacket, while her skin-tight pants look like they had metallic car paint splashed all over them

BEST: At the X Factor 2012 Final Four Party at Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Khloe Kardashian Odom appeared to have dressed for a country music barn dance in a paisley patterned shirt and tight mini shirt – all she needed was a cowboy hat and a horse and she’d be ready for the rodeo!

WORST: She may have married heartthrob Justin Timberlake and be the envy of his millions of fans, but Jessica Biel’s sense of style is not often something to be jealous of. Her Atelier Versace gown at the New York premiere of Playing For Keeps had all the makings of a stunner, however the contrasting details and mish-mashed lines created a confusing silhouette and landed her on worst dressed lists once again.

BEST: Proving that she is neither desperate nor a housewife, Teri Hatcher was vision in shimmering silver at the Kevan Hall Presents His Spring 2013 Collection fashion show in Los Angeles as she graced the front row. By over emphasizing one shoulder and kissing every curve down to her knees, the cocktail dress perfectly showcased the actress’ timeless figure in a sexy but sophisticated way.

BEST: While it could be a little too short for her liking judging by Britney Spears’ uncomfortable expression, her floral black mini dress at X Factor 2012 Final Four Party at Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills got the glowing review from our panel thanks to the bright colors that offset the sexy leather background.

WACKY: It is definitely not a good idea to mess with Eva Pigford in this spiked ensemble! From her studded gloves, sharp red claws and stiletto-heeled boots all made her a walking and talking weapon at KIIS FM’s 2012 Jingle Ball Held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. Even the florescent pink color of her skintight dress screams “DANGER!”
