‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood and baby-daddy Gary Shirley were spotted holding hands and leaving an appointment together.

The couple, who have daughter Leah, have had their ups and downs but seem to be back on.

The couple will be traveling to LA soon to film a reunion show for ‘Teen Mom.’

Amber and Gary ate lunch and then went to a local Walgreens for some shopping.
