No Mementos! Ariana Returns Pete’s Late Dad's 9/11 Necklace

Ariana Grande is getting rid of EVERYTHING that reminds her of the failed romance with ex-fiancee, Pete Davidson!

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the 25-year-old singer returned Davidson’s late father’s infamous “8418” necklace when she gave him back the $100,000 engagement ring following their split.

As fans know, Davidson, 24, gifted Grande with the necklace his late father, Scott, “died in” during the September 11 attacks.

As fans know, the “8418” pendant stood for his late dad’s firefighter badge number. Davidson told his followers, “I had a bunch of replicas made. My sister and grandpa also have one. The one that Ari has is the one my dad actually died in and he wore his entire career and the one I’ve worn for over 17 years.”

But what about the two Davidson-inspired tattoos that Grande inked on herself during their time together?

On Wednesday Grande shared a sneak peak of her upcoming NBC special, A Very Wicked Halloween, on Instagram — wearing a band-aid that covered up her Pete Davidson tattoo on her middle finger.

“She is also planning to cover up the tattoo honoring his father that she got on her foot, but that is not at the top of her priority list at the moment,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.

After ending their engagement and relationship this past weekend, Grande booted Davidson from their shared NYC pad and, just to make sure he won’t try to come back in, she also changed the locks.
