Ryan Edwards, the father of Bookout’s 6-year-old son Bentley, was recently evicted from the Chattanooga, Tennessee, apartment he shared with on-again, off-again girlfriend Shelby Woods, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
A spokesperson for Hamilton County Civil Court confirms that Chattanooga rental management company Wise Properties filed a lawsuit against Edwards and Woods on November 17, 2014, alleging that the couple owed $6,628 in back rent.

“They still haven’t paid the judgment,” a court insider tells Radar.
The MTV dad, 27, recently worked as a power lineman in Georgia.
Meanwhile, Edwards’ former fiancée Bookout, 23, who just gave birth to her second child with boyfriend Taylor McKinney, was slapped with a tax lien from the IRS for a whopping $78,308.63 in 2013.
