Jill Duggar Dillard & Husband Derick Welcome Baby Boy – Details On Little Dilly's Arrival

Jill Duggar Dillard and husband Derick welcomed their first child, Israel David, at 11:49 p.m. on Monday April 6. The newborn is reportedly happy and healthy, and the baby weighed in at 9 lbs., 10 oz.
Baby Dilly had been due on March 24, but she previously told People, "I have told myself, 'First-time moms often go a week and a half over, so don't get discouraged.'"
Though Jill's baby bump was quite sizable in her final month of pregnancy, the reality star did anything but rest. In fact, the whole Duggar gang made their way to Texas for a family camping vacation! The couple spent most of their trip fishing and shooting guns with the rest of the Duggar clan.

The couple has plenty of baby gifts ready for little Dilly, thanks to their multiple baby showers with friends and family. The proud parents were overwhelmed with gifts and Duggar-style festivities for their Wal-Mart and Olive Garden celebrations.
The birth will air on 19 Kids & Counting on May 5.
