When Teresa Giudice gets out of prison, she might not have a house to come home to! RadarOnline.com has learned that her husband Joe took her house off the market and is letting the home go into foreclosure.

The stone and stucco Towaco Lake, NJ, behemoth where Joe is currently residing with their four daughters while Teresa sits behind bars was previously on the market for $2.99 million. The couple slashed the price by $500,000 in February hoping to attract a buyer, to no avail.

Now, "Teresa and Joe are planning to let the house go into foreclosure," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. Multiple sources confirmed the plan to stop payment on the home and allow the bank to take back the property.

The custom mansion, which boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and more than 10,000 square feet, has been prominently featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Teresa famously said she couldn’t live in a "used" house. But with all of their financial troubles, including guilty pleas for felony tax evasion and the fines they must pay the government, the mortgage on their primary residence is not a payment they’re planning to make.
