As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the former New Edition singer has been a constant presence at Emory University Hospital for the better part of a month, since Bobbi Kristina was found face-down and unconscious in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home Jan. 31, leaving the 21-year-old daughter of Brown and the late Whitney Houston brain dead and surviving on life support.

In that time, he's also been in the epicenter of controversies with both and Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
