As the FBI continues their probe into the online leaks of nude pics of stars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton, RadarOnline.com has all the latest developments in the stunning scandal, including reactions from the victims, and Apple’s retort to claims that soft security of their iCloud system paved the way for hackers to nab the illicit images.

Child Porn Part Of Leaked Batch?

McKayla Maroney’s legal team was on the warpath Tuesday, ordering a number of XXX outlets to remove pics of the Olympian they claim were snapped when she was underage, according to online reports. Maroney’s lawyers reached out to Porn.com and other sites ordering them to remove the purported child pornography, as they say the gymnast snapped the shots prior to her 18th birthday last December.

While images of Lawrence and Upton have been displayed on Reddit, the site’s editors cracked down on the posting of any leaked images of the 2012 Olympian in reaction to the news.

"Effective immediately: any images/galleries/torrents/megadumps/etc containing McKayla Maroney … will be immediately due to the fact that they were underage (<18) in the photos taken,” Reddit administrators posted.

Apple: Wasn’t Us

While Apple’s iCloud service — specifically, a glitch in its’ “Find My Phone” feature — was initially cited as a source for the hackers, the company denied such claims on Tuesday, explaining that the leaks were the result of a multi-pronged effort, and not a technical error on their part.

“After 40 hours of investigation, we have discovered that certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions, a practice that has become all too common on the Internet,” the tech giant said Tuesday.

Apple said that upon learning of the leak, they “immediately mobilized Apple’s engineers to discover the source,” eventually discovering that “none of the cases … resulted from any breach in any of Apple’s systems including iCloud or Find my iPhone.”

The company, put on the map by the late Steve Jobs, pledged to “work with law enforcement to help identify the criminals involved.”

Justice Seeks Justice

Victoria Justice took to Twitter to vent about her photos that leaked as part of the hacker attack, saying she’s “angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me” and vowed to take “legal action” in connection with the leak.

The 21-year-old Zoey 101 and Victorious star, who previously claimed the images were phony, implied that some were not, though explicitly stated she wouldn’t go to the trouble of clarifying which ones were authentic or not.

“Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy,” the one-time Nickelodeon star wrote. “There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to “what is real or what is fake.”

His Comment? No Comment

Kate Upton’s boyfriend Justin Verlander, whose bare bottom was exposed in one of the leaked images alongside the supermodel, won’t play ball with the budding scandal.

“The focus for me is on the Detroit Tigers,” the struggling pitcher, 31, told reporters Tuesday, adding that despite the revealing leak, he intents to “keep his personal life personal.

“I’m not going to comment on my personal life. I never have and I never plan on it.”

The former ace acknowledged an upswell of interest in the topic, but brushed off all inquiries in sweeping fashion, noting that his team is “in the middle of a pennant race.

"I know a couple of guys wanted to get some questions from me yesterday: Instead of everybody kind of sneaking around and getting questions at specific times, it's just easier to say, 'I'm not commenting on that. I know some guys are probably getting a lot of pressure from other people to get quotes or whatever. I knew I'd be getting a lot of questions. This is it."
