So much for a full recovery. Seven months after being placed on probation for a 2012 DUI arrest, Amanda Bynes was locked up by cops again on Sunday morning for yet another DUI. Only RadarOnline.com has all the details about her downward spiral — and why the troubled actress is no longer under the care of a conservatorship.

Bynes was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on September 28 at 4:10 am when officers “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance,” according to E News. She was charged with a misdemeanor and released on $15,000 bail. She’s due back in court on Oct. 23.

Bynes was placed on a three-year probation in February connected to a 2012 DUI arrest.

Now, sources tell RadarOnline.com that the termination of her conservatorship could have precipitated her latest fall off the wagon.

According to a family source, "Amanda moved out of her parent's house after the conservatorship ended a few months ago."

Bynes’ mother Lynn was granted conservatorship of her troubled daughter after a parade of erratic and bizarre incidents, culminating in her hospitalization after setting a small fire in a neighbor’s driveway.

After the actress was released from treatment nearly a year ago, Lynn and their family attorney Tamar Arminak told RadarOnline.com in statement, “Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she’s feeling better every day.

“She’s now looking at various colleges with the intention of majoring in fashion design,” the lawyer said.

But now, those plans could be on hold in light of her legal issues.

Story developing.
