More than a year after his scuffle with Kanye West at LAX airport, photographer Daniel Ramos is undergoing a full mental and physical examination by top L.A. doctors as part of his lawsuit against the rapper, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to California state court documents filed by attorneys for both West and Ramos, the snapper will meet with Santa Monica psychologist Dr. Amy Levy for a possibly seven-hour appointment on September 12, 2014.

"The purpose of the mental examination is to asses Plaintiff's claimed mental and emotional damages and to evaluate the nature, causes and extent of such damages, if any," the August 5 papers state.

West will pay the costs for the doctor's appointment.

In addition, Ramos must arrive at orthopedic surgeon Dr. Gary Brazina's Marina Del Rey office at 9 am on September 10 for a physical examination.

"The examination will consist of a general physical examination and orthopedic evaluation related to Plaintiff's claimed injuries and will last no more than two hours," documents continue.

On July 19, 2013, eyewitnesses say the 37-year-old husband of Kim Kardashian shoved Ramos to the ground after the photographer began questioning him.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last fall, West is being represented by Lindsay Lohan's former attorney Shawn Holley.
