Modern Family star Sofia Vergara first went public with new boyfriend Joe Manganiello when she brought the True Blood hunk to her 42nd birthday party last month. But RadarOnline.com has learned that the Latina party girl has actually been mellowing out a lot ever since, thanks to her sober boyfriend’s influence, and friends of the couple are thrilled!
A source on the set of True Blood tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, “Joe is so happy right now. He is really into Sofia!”
Fresh off the heels of a whirlwind two-year engagement to Nick Loeb, Vergara wasted no time in jumping back in the saddle after connecting with Manganiello at the White House Correspondent Dinner on July 15.
"The two are now inseparable” the source tells Radar.
“Joe has been a really good influence on her,” the source continues. “He is teaching her that she can have just as much fun without drinking and has gotten her into fitness and health. They even workout together.”
Manganiello has “long-term sobriety”, the source says. What’s more, he’s used his sobriety to give back.
“He helps out a bunch of great guys that really look up to him,” the source revealed.
