Day Drinking? Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Husband Nick Gordon Arrested For DUI At 11:37AM After Scary Crash

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband Nick Gordon was arrested for DUI on Thursday morning, RadarOnline.com has confirmed, after a scary crash in his Georgia neighborhood.

Zach Frommer of the Roswell, Georgia, police department tells Radar, "Today, at about 11:37am, there was a single vehicle accident at Holcomb Bridge Rd (GA 140) near the intersection of Barnwell Rd involving a BMW sedan. Preliminary investigation shows that the vehicle attempted to change lanes, struck a curb and overturned, striking a fire hydrant. There were no injuries reported and no one was transported to the hospital.”

Whitney Houston’s daughter was not in the car at the time, and no other vehicles were involved in the wreck. Gordon's passenger, named by cops as Mason Whitaker, escaped without injury.

Police arrested Gordon on charges of DUI less safe, failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended license.

He is currently in custody at the Roswell Detention Center.
