'NCIS' Star Pauley Perrette Denies 'Terrorizing' Ex-Husband Francis Shivers

NCIS actress Pauley Perrette has fired back at ex-husband Francis "Coyote" Shivers' allegations that she "terrorized" him, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive court documents.
Shivers, 48, claimed Perrette "intended to financially, physically, and emotionally ruin" him in his initial March 20 filing, but the 45-year-old actress vehemently denies all allegations.

According to the response filed by Perrette and her fiancé Thomas Arklie's legal team on July 7, any damages caused to Shivers were caused by his own negligence.
"Defendants deny generally and specifically each and every allegation of Plaintiff's Complaint. Defendants further generally and specifically deny that Plaintiff has been damages in the sums alleged, or any other sum, or at all, by reason of any act or omission to act on the part of Defendants or any of Defendants' agents, servants, employees or representatives," the filing reads.
"Defendants further deny, generally and specifically, that Plaintiff is entitled to general, compensatory, punitive or other damages, in any amount, by reason of any act or omission to act on the part of Defendants, or on the part of Defendants' agents, servants, employees or representatives."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Shivers labelled himself an “unwilling victim” of the Hollywood star and says he endured a "decade-long campaign of harassment" at the hands of Perrette.
Shivers filed for divorce from Perrette in 2004 after three years of marriage sought a restraining order against the actress in early 2005.
