Victoria’s Secret models scream sex appeal, but one of the lingerie company’s models, Lily Aldridge, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that there’s more to “sexy” than what meets the eye.

Aldridge, who walked her first Victoria’s Secret runway in 2009 and became an Angel in 2010, believes that sexiness is “all about inner confidence and being happy and confident with yourself.” The model, who hosted the 9th annual What Is Sexy List, also said that it’s all about “less is more” – the theme of this year’s list.

“I think ‘less is more’ is very sexy, and it’s definitely the way that I am myself,” she tells RadarOnline.com.

As a Sports Illustrated cover model and a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Aldridge has to look top notch at all times. Although rumors have swirled that models will do almost anything to stay thin, Aldridge says that’s not the case.

“I think modeling is all about being healthy,” she says. “I work out a lot. I eat well, but it’s all about balance.

“Everyone’s different and we all have our own ways, but I think it’s all about being happy and healthy,” she says.

Although the What Is Sexy? List honors only women, RadarOnline.com asked the Victoria’s Secret model how the nuptials were between Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine.

She stayed quiet, saying only, “Next question please.”
