Bethenny Frankel’s custody battle hit a brutal new low when the television star took to the stand in her never-ending fight with estranged husband Jason Hoppy over custody of their daughter Bryn, RadarOnline.com has learned.

A laundry list of the pair's nasty exchanges were revealed in the courtroom, including her admission that she once threw water on Hoppy -- he was sleeping at the time -- and he once called her a “witch” in front of their child.

As the feuding couple sparred in a Manhattan court last week, Frankel made the claim that that her estranged husband — whom she married in 2010 — had orchestrated a plan to turn her daughter against her.

“He would sit with Bryn and look over and say . . . 'You be the princess, I’ll be the prince, Mommy will be the witch,” the 43-year-old SkinnyGirl mogul testified.

Frankel revealed other claims of Hoppy’s divisive actions in court with one source revealing that he made his daughter cry at her school's birthday party on May 8.

Picking the 4-year-old up, Hoppy and Frankel were leaving the school when he said to her, "You don’t want to go with Mommy, right? You want to be with me," to which Bryn "started crying."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Frankel is being urged to settle the custody battle with Hoppy, 43.

"Bethenny’s camp is concerned it could really damage her SkinnyGirl brand, but she isn’t taking anyone’s advice and won’t voluntarily agree to sharing custody of Bryn,” a source close to the situation revealed.
