Courtland Rogers has been served.
Pregnant ‘Teen Mom’ star Jenelle Evans filed for divorce from Rogers on May 2 and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the end of their marriage is finally approaching.
“Courtland was served with the paperwork,” a source confirmed to Radar.
Evans and Rogers were arrested in April of 2013 for possession of heroin after calling police to their home following an argument, and the separated after that incident.
The North Carolina couple had to wait a year from their separation date to request a divorce, and eight-months-pregnant Evans took the initiative last month.
“Jenelle doesn’t want to be married to Courtland, she wants nothing to do with him,” a source close to the MTV star told Radar.
Expecting her second child with boyfriend Nathan Griffith in late June, the end of her marriage is quickly approaching for Evans.

“There is a court date set for June 2 to determine when a hearing can be held and then hopefully Jenelle can be divorced from Courtland before her baby is born, but she may not be,” the source told Radar.
“Jenelle wants to be free and not married to Courtland so she can marry Nathan.”
