Gwyneth Paltrow Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Man Who Allegedly Stalked Her On Two Continents

Already dealing with the fallout of "consciously uncoupling" from Chris MartinGwyneth Paltrow has obtained a temporary retraining order against a man that allegedly stalked the Academy award winning actress at her London and Los Angeles homes, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

According to the Goop founder's declaration in 2012, Nickolaos Gavrilis gained entry to her London home, claiming to have an appointment with her. Paltrow never met with him when it was determined there was no scheduled meeting.

Several months later, the Texas resident once again attempted to meet with her in London and was unsuccessful.

On April 4, 2014, Gavrilis traveled to Los Angeles from Texas in hopes of meeting with her. Paltrow's security apprehended the alleged stalker, and cops were called. 

Several days later, Paltrow’s security team told her that Gavrilis was spotted outside the Tracy Anderson gym where she works out.

"I have increased my security for myself and my children and am seeking a restraining order to prevent Mr. Gavrilis from attempting to contact, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise harm my children and me," Paltrow said in her sworn declaration.

The temporary restraining order was granted, and a hearing has been set for May 12 to determine if it should be made permanent.
