VH1 Castmates, Record Labels And TV Networks Served Subpoenas For 'Love & Hip Hop' Star Stevie J's Child Support Case

Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J still owes his baby mama more than $1 million in unpaid child support and his ex-girlfriend isn't going down without a fight. 

In Feb. Stevie was served with a subpoena to answer to a New York court to the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and thestaggering $1.28 million he owes her for the course of the last 14 years — and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reality TV star's castmates, record labels and TV networks were also just served with subpoenas.

The subpoenas were issued by Project Child Support and are part of an effort to obtain Stevie's (real name Steven Jordan) financial records so Bennett can recoup some of the unpaid child support.

"The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan's royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present  him to pay his unpaid child support," the organization said.

Subpoenas were issued March 17, 2014 to the following organizations and individuals:

  • Bad Boy Records/Entertainment, Inc.
  • Joseline Hernandez
  • Sony Music Group
  • VH1 Entertainment
  • Warner Music Group
  • Viacom Corp.
  • Universal Music Group
  • Raymond 'Benzino' Scott
  • The Kompany (President, Stevie Jordan)
  • Mona Scott/Monami Entertainment

"Currently, Stevie J owes more than $1 million in court ordered child support and has not made any attempt to enter into a payment plan to bring the child support current and has failed to appear in court," Bennett's rep, Sibrena Stowe Fernandez, told Radar.

"All of the companies that are responsible for most of Stevie J's current income have been served."

However, Project Child Support notes that the subpoenas in no way "represent any wrongdoing by any of the organizations not managed by or under the control of Mr. Jordan."
