While Kim Kardashian was over the moon planning her wedding to baby daddy Kanye West on Sunday night's Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she admitted she'd been wrecked with guilt for an entire year after a divorce.

(We take it Kim was talking about her infamous 72-day marriage to second husband Kris Humphries, as she was also married to Damon Thomas from 2000-2004.)

Kim made the jarring revelation while talking to sister Khloé about her decision to file for divorce from Lamar Odom, saying, "You will feel guilty for awhile, thinking, is there more I could have done?"

Khloé asked, "How long do you feel guilty for?"

"I literally felt guilty for a year," Kim confessed.

Khloé sighed, "Oh, stop. This is torture. I can't!"

The episode revolved around Khloé finally ending things with Lamar, who allegedly cheated on her and used drugs.

Lamar has been heard but not seen during phone calls to Khloé this season and Sunday was no exception as one of his calls got cut off.

Kim shared her distress with fans, telling the cameras, "As much as I love Lamar, it's just so hard to see your sister live in this relationship where you don't know when she's going to speak to him next."

According to Kim, Lamar had shunned couples therapy that Khloé desperately wanted.

"Khloé has given up her life for the past couple of years. I've never seen someone try so hard at something and it breaks my heart," Kim said.

When Khloé was traveling for the Kardashian Kollection brand, her friend Malika Haqq accompanied her to Dubai.

"I just think it's a slap in her face," Malika told Kim. "I think it's time we tell her you don't have to keep running into this wall."

Kim agreed with her friend that they needed to do a marital intervention--and tell Khloé to file for divorce.

"At some point, Khloé has to let go," Kim told the cameras.

Eventually, Kim, Kourtney, and Malika got together to meet with Khloé at her home.

"We all love Lamar so much but...you've done every last thing that a person can do. You can't keep on going to therapy hoping that the other person's going to show up," Kim told her sister.

"And I think you feel guilty like you're giving up if you leave when we want you to know it's not giving up."

Khloé said, "For me, it's hard to make a decision just alone."

Kim said they were there to help.

Wiping tears away, Khloé said, "It's not fair."

Kim sobbed, "We know it's hard on you. You've told him, 'Come fix this marriage!' "

Khloé said it didn't even rattle Lamar when she threatened to end the marriage because he didn't show up for couples therapy.

Kim said she'd given him the warning, asking, "How much more can a person take? You don't deserve this.

"I'd hate to see you waste your life: You're stuck on you've made these vows and you want to be true but he's not trying. He's choosing this other life over the life you've given him."

Later, at Kris Jenner's house, the momager told Khloé , "I heard you actually filed for divorce today."

She told the cameras, "It's so hard to watch my daughter go through this heartbreak."

Kim said, "I'm really proud that you did it. You guys, who knows? You could get back together."

But Khloé implied she was DONE with Lamar.

"She had so much love and passion for Lamar," mama Kris sobbed to viewers. "It's hard for all of us. We were all in love with Lamar."

The show aired flashback of happy scenes with Lamar, and Kris cried, "We want to pray for his happiness."

And in another emotional Kardashian storyline, Rob Kardashian, at his mother's nudging, got his blood checked because of his ongoing weight problem.

The doctor later called Kris and warned if Rob didn't change his lifestyle, he was going to "wind up diabetic and his organs are going to shut down."

Kris told Kim, "He's in trouble."

After Kim said she should call in professionals to talk to Rob, a nutritionist advised him while Kris told him because of his bad habits, "Your liver is shutting down."

Rob admitted to the cameras, "I've got serious health issues. My dad passed away super early. My sisters couldn't handle that again."

Kris said, "You need to let people help you."

But incredibly, Rob decided an important part of the change was to have some of his tattoos -- and other things -- removed by cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian!

"The little stretch marks thing, too," he told the doctor.

Kim, who, as RadarOnline.com has reported, has visited the same surgeon to get some tweaks, visited the clinic as Rob got his tats removed.

The reality TV brother didn't want to get filmed with his shirt off and viewers heard him crying behind a closed doctor's door.

"I don't even want to sit down because of how fat I am. I just don't know what to do," he sobbed to Kris and Kim.

Later, however, when nutrition experts cleaned out his fridge, and he started a workout program, Rob felt he was on the road to recovery.

In the last Sunday storyline, Scott Disick and Kourtney dealt with his mother's recent death by going to the Miraval Resort & Spa in Arizona.

"Scott is still trying to be funny but I know how stressed out he is," Kourtney said.

But at the resort, while Scott took the team-building exercises seriously, Kourtney refused to open up.

When an American Indian took Kourtney and Scott through a talking circle ceremony so they could tell each other how they felt, Scott admitted, "I wish I could believe in something bigger than myself. I worry too much about materialistic items."

However, Kourtney said she had nothing to say and Scott was frustrated.

"I'm not into talking," Kourtney later told Scott.

After a counselor took a walk with Kourtney and Scott, viewers learned she always hid her emotions with her family.

Kourtney decided she needed to work on expressing feelings and later, she took Scott to an old bar she had frequented during college days at the University of Arizona.

Over beers, Scott told baby mama Kourtney she should rely on him more than her immediate family, and she agreed.
