Phaedra Parks isn't the only Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member to be swept up in the drama surrounding her husbandApollo Nida's arrest for multiple counts of fraud and identity theft. Thomas himself claimed to be blindsided when news of Nida's arrest hit the web. "I don't know nothing about it," he told Sister 2 Sister at the time. "I have absolutely no comment on his arrest."

Indeed, according to filings with the Georgia Secretary of State obtained by RadarOnline.com, Thomas and Nida had no official business links.

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Nida has been accused of overseeing a complicated scheme that saw him establish fake companies to mine individuals' personal information, which he then used ti open fraudulent bank accounts and used them to deposit stolen checks.

He was arrested on January 23 and released the following day on a bail of $25,000, with strict conditions that prohibit him from drinking alcohol or leaving the Atlanta area unsupervised.

His attorneys recently asked a judge to delay the trial until March.
