The dancer/choreographer who has accused Michael Jackson of molesting him from age seven is attempting to force the late pop star’s estate to turn over all records which could have logged sexual abuse claims against him, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Wade Robson, who testified in support of Jackson in the singer’s 2005 sex abuse trial but has since recanted, has claimed Jackson allegedly made his move on him he was just seven years of age — as his sister slept in another bed just feet away at Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years.

In a series of legal letters filed as part of Robson's creditor’s claim, lawyers for the Australian man, now 30, argue they should have access to all records of claims against Jackson for "childhood sexual abuse, sexual molestation, sexual battery, battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress."

Robson is also seeking information "regarding the relationship between Mr. Jackson and Claimant Robson, Mr. Jackson’s bedroom privacy system, Claimant’s involvement with Mr. Jackson’s music and videos and Mr. Jackson’s guidance of Claimant in preparation for his testimony in the Jordan Chandler investigation and then again in the 2005 criminal trial.”

They also seek information regarding "communication between Mr. Jackson and the Robson family, the Robson family’s emigration to the United States, Mr. Jackson’s sexual activities with minors, claims/lawsuits against Mr. Jackson for battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress and claims/lawsuits against both Mr. Jackson and the Estate for sexual molestation, sexual battery and fraud."

However, the Estate is resisting the attempts, arguing that is too broad in scope and vague.

Howard Weitzmna, the Estate's lawyer, claimed it would cost millions of dollars in legal fees to turn over the cache of information that Robson seeks.

Before any discovery or evidence is turned over to Robson, a hearing will be held in May to determine if Robson's claim against Michael Jackson's Estate should proceed, because the deadline to file has long since passed.

Jackson was twice accused of sexual assault.

In the summer of 1993, Jackson was accused of child sexual abuse by a 13-year-old boy named Jordan Chandler and his father, Dr. Evan Chandler, a dentist. Though he later settled the case out of court for $22 million, Jackson's lawyers later stated it was done without his consent.

Ten years after the initial claim, Jackson was arrested and charged with seven counts of child molestation and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent in relation to the 13-year old boy. He was acquitted on all counts after a five-month trial.
