The reality TV star has been a brave and inspirational face against the battle of cancer and has kept fans in the loop when it comes to how she is feeling, chemotherapy and complications.

In December Jen even courageously posted a photo of her bald head from the chemo treatments.

Jen, 39, and husband Bill Klein have two adopted children together — Will, 3, and Zoey, 2.

"I had my official last chemo treatment," she told People.

"And while I'm hesitant to say I'm cancer-free – maybe that's common for people who have had cancer – I'm doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited."
