Usher Kicks Ex-Wife Tameka To The Curb: Sells Their Mansion At Almost $1M Loss

Usher Raymond really doesn't get along with his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond — so much so that The Voice coach has kicked her to the curb, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
After finalizing their divorce in 2009, the R&B singer let his ex reside in the 12,544 square-foot Georgia home, but sold it on Nov. 20, 2013, for $2.2 million, taking a nearly $1 million loss on it.
Usher first purchased the home in 2007 for $3.04 million and while Tameka was allowed to reside there after their split, the divorce settlement stated he had the right to sell it at any time as long as he gave her 30 days notice.
Originally listing the 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom home for $3.2 million in 2012, Usher continued to lower the price over the years again listing it in Oct. 2013 for $2.65 million, until he eventually sold it in Nov. for $2.2 million.

Usher's first attempt at selling the house in 2012 came just two months after he was awarded primary custody of the two sons he had with Tameka.
It was a devastating blow to his ex, who lost her 11-year-old son from a prior relationship, Kile Glover, when he died that summer after being involved in a horrific jet skiing accident.
The two continue to battle in court, most recently with Tameka filing court documents claiming Usher is in contempt for not consulting with her over decisions made about their sons.
A hearing date has yet to be set for her motion.
