Michael Douglas  and Catherine Zeta-Jones might have been seen together lately after a brief separation, but she was noticeably absent from the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Winning the award for Best Actor in a Television Mini Series for his portrayal of Liberace in Behind the Candelabra, Douglas, 69, gave a poignant speech about his decision to play the famed piano player and told Matt Damon that the only reason he won the award over him was “I had more sequins.”

As the music started to cut off his speech, Douglas finished his acceptance with: “Catherine, Carys, Cameron and Dylan... all my love,” and then exited the stage.

Four months ago, the couple announced their separation, but they were spotted together wearing their weddings rings in December.
