Before Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday in connection with DUI and drag racing, the pop singer was partying with beautiful model Chantel Jeffries –whom RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned was once arrested for reckless driving!

The 21-year old beauty, who is signed to Wilhelmina models, was charged with speeding in Johnston County, North Carolina on Dec. 16, 2011, according to the police report.

She was originally cited with driving 92MPH in a 70MPH zone.

The charge was later reduced, and she pled guilty to going 79MPH in a 70MPH zone.

According to the court documents, she paid a fine of $188.

Just hours before Bieber’s arrest in Miami, the pop star posted the shot of him being chauffeured around in a yellow Lamborghini by Jeffries. The photo has since been deleted, but his drag racing partner Khalil Sharief posted a similar shot around 3 a.m.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bieber was departing from a club behind the wheel of a rented yellow Lamborghini, when police apprehended him at Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street on suspicion of drag racing.

When he was taken into custody at 4:30 a.m., Bieber, 19, flunked a field sobriety test. After further testing, Martinez a Drug Recognition Expert concluded that singer — who didn’t have a valid driver’s license on his person — was determined to be under the influence of drugs.
