Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson dropped a whopping $4,550,000 on a stunning Los Angeles home and RadarOnline.com has the photos of the fabulous abode.
The house has a storied Hollywood history, with Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale owning it until 2007, and according to Realestalker, Ferguson and his hubby Justin Mikita got a deal on the house that was originally listed for $5,195,000.
The 4,926 sq-foot home in the trendy neighborhood of Los Feliz boasts four bedroom and 4 1/2 baths.
The rambling house comes equipped with a screening room with a projection system and a large screen that descends from the ceiling.
The home also has an outdoor fireplace, a swimming pool and spa, a veggie garden and of course, a yoga pavilion with sweeping views with the Pacific Ocean way off in the distance.
