Mischa Barton Lists Beverly Hills Mansion For $8.6 Million

Back in 2005 Mischa Barton took her The O.C. millions and bought herself a glamorous Beverly Hills mansion.

Now the 27-year-old has decided to unload the place and is asking a wallet-busting $8,695,000.

The living, dining and family rooms all have fireplaces, as does the massive master suite that also has his/hers baths and dressing rooms.

The super-private gated estate has views out across the ocean to Catalina Island.

According to Redfin, Barton put the place out for lease last year but apparently decided being a landlord wasn't for her and now just wants to sell it.
