Lindsay Lohan Dating 19-Year-Old Male Model Liam Dean

Lindsay Lohan's newest love interest is Liam Dean, a 19-year-old New York-based model who she's been spotted with on numerous occasions as of late, RadarOnline.com has learned.
“Lindsay has only been seeing Liam for a few weeks, but they looked pretty into each other at the nightclub 1Oak," an insider told the NY Post of an outing between the two this past Friday.
"She was previously with an 18-year-old, so she seems to like younger men at the moment.”

Lohan's publicist Tej Herring denied the two are dating, telling the paper any reports of a relationship between LiLo and Dean are "completely false."
The Mean Girls starlet has kept a low profile since her release from rehab this summer, as the paper reports she's currently living in SoHo.
