Back from a week in Paris with her baby daddy, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian dropped by her skin care salon Friday, and tried desperately to cover up the results as she left.

Putting her jacket up across her face, the super casual Keeping Up with the Kardashians star did her best to block any view of her freshly treated skin.

Her efforts failed though, and bystanders could clearly see one cheek covered in cream, as these exclusive pictures from X17 online show.

North West's famous mom didn't use to be so shy about revealing her beauty treatments.

She once shared her bloodied "vampire facial" face on an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.
