Kirstie Alley feels bitterly betrayed that Dancing With The Stars invited ex-Scientologist Leah Remini to participate on the hit ABC show and was stunned that the King of Queens actress spoke out against the church on Monday night's show, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Remini told dancing partner Tony Dovolani that "the church is looking for me to fail so they can say to their parishioners, ‘Look what happens when you leave.' They’re waiting for me to fail."

Alley was "absolutely stunned when it was announced that Leah would be a contestant on the show. Kirstie did feel extremely betrayed. Kirstie was livid that Leah made those comments about the church on Monday night," a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

"She couldn't remember another religion being targeted and disparaged on Dancing With The Stars. Enough is enough, Leah needs to move on and stop talking about Scientology."

Remini defected from the church earlier this summer, and called her exodus from the organization a “big change for me and my family,” and said that when you’re invested in the church, “you’re used to taking a lot of negativity on yourself."

In February 2011, Alley became a contestant on Season 12 of Dancing With The Stars, and she was the seventh couple eliminated from the competition — but won't even think about appearing on the show again because of Remini.

"If producers of the show were to ask Kirstie to appear on the show or in the audience this season, she would absolutely decline," the source added.

The Church of Scientology has fired back at Remini's comments, and told RadarOnline.com in a statement, “We know this may come as a surprise to someone as self-absorbed as Ms. Remini, but we could care less if she wins or loses on Dancing With the Stars.”

Meanwhile, the 43-year-old thrived on the dance floor Monday night, getting a decent score of 24 for her samba.
