Jenelle Evans' bad boy new mate, Nathan Joseph Griffith, was busted following a high speed chase in South Carolina Saturday morning, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The 's  boyfriend was booked at 2:18 A.M. on a laundry list of charges including resisting arrest, disobeying a cop, speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving with a suspended license and under the influence!  It's his second DUI arrest, making it especially serious.

Griffith was still incarcerated as of 1 P.M. with his bail set at over $5,000.

Just three weeks ago, Jenelle herself was back behind bars after failing a surprise drug test.

A North Carolina judge ordered her to spend 48 hours in jail, and it was Nathan -- carrying flowers -- who was there to greet her when she was released.

Jenelle has been seeing Nathan for the last three months although she is still married to her Courtland Rogers who was released from jail in late July after being incarcerated in April.

Nathan, like Jenelle, has a child but does not have custody.

As RadarOnline.com has reported, he has a daughter with an ex-girlfriend and the little girl is being cared for by her maternal grandparents.

Jenelle was in the car with Nathan when he was pulled over but was not arrested, a source tells us.  She is planning on bailing him out today.
