Britney Spears will remain under the iron rule of her dad for as long as her "Britney Spears: Piece Of Me" 100-show Las Vegas residency, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"The contract clearly states if Britney's conservatorship ends, Casear's Entertainment (the parent company of Planet Hollywood) has the right to cancel the deal," a source with knowledge of the situation revealed.

As we have previously explained, the conservatorship allows Spears' father Jamie and several lawyers to control the "Oops, I Did It Again" singer's affair. It has been in place since 2008 after several very public meltdowns which resulted in Spears being placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

The source added: "Britney will have a medical team in Las Vegas and if needed, her psychiatrist, who based in Los Angeles, will be made available to her should she need."

The 31-year-old mother-of-two made the announcement on Good Morning America Tuesday, hinting that her sons Sean Preston Federline, 7, and Jayden James, 6, could emerge from behind the curtain for the stage shows, which are expected to reap her a huge $15 million.

“Preston will probably be on stage,” the "Toxis" songstress said, adding: “But I think Jayden would have a hard time with it.”

The source said, "Britney will fly in shortly before the shows and come back to Los Angeles so she doesn't disrupt her schedule with her sons. "A lot of the shows will take place on weekends when the boys are with their father, Kevin (Federline)."

Spears will unveil her new act Dec. 27. Tickets went on sale Tuesday, with prices from $59 to $179.
