The legal troubles are getting worse for some of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and this time it’s not about Teresa Giudice’s finances but the bloody brawl where all hell broke loose and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that additional charges might be pending for the people involved in the fight.

It all went down at a Posche store opening in March when Johnny Karagiorgisa was confronted by Joe Gorga for talking about his wife, Melissa, and punches were thrown after Jacqueline and Chris Laurita got in on the argument.

All four parties went to the authorities and while the reality show stars have been trying to get the charges dropped a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively that there may be even more charges coming up.

“Johnny is not the type of person to just lay down, he’s going full force and has been telling people he doesn’t want to drop the charges. He wants everyone who attacked him to be prosecuted.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the brawl all started when Teresa talked Johnny and his wife Penny Karagiorgis into doing her dirty work this season.

Things got out of control at the event, with Joe and Chris punching Johnny and Jacqueline whacking him with her high heels and cameras captured every second of the fight.

“Johnny has said that he wants to file additional charges. He is going to possibly try and go after aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a weapon,” the source said.

The possible legal action might even include the production company and even the Bravo network.

“This fight was premeditated and then while it was happening the producers and security didn’t step in to stop anything. They were promoting the violence,” the source said.

The upcoming court date for the fight is just another problem for the Housewives in New Jersey, with Teresa and Joe Giudice being indicted on 39 counts of fraud and tax evasion.

“These people think they’re above the law,” the source said.

“They act out of control and think the New Jersey court system is run by a bunch of clowns. These people are all pigs.”
