Real Housewives Real Estate Move: Melissa Gorga Sells NJ Mansion For $3.8 Million

Melissa and Joe Gorga have sold their stately mansion and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that they raked in the full asking price of $3.8 million.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars off-loaded the 9,500 sq. ft. home which Joe custom designed for the family after they purchased it in 2007 for $950,000.
The 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home boasts a stunning in home theater, which is perfect for watching Teresa Giudice’s wild fights with her co-stars and family members.
Melissa and Joe have purchased a piece of property in Franklin Lakes and they’re planning to build another McMansion on that land where they’ll be neighbors with their reality show co-star Caroline Manzo in the tony new neighborhood.
They are going to rent in the meantime and Melissa had been researching the best schools in the area and a cheerleading team for her daughter.
"I feel like this was meant to be. It happened just in time for the kids to start their first of day of school," Melissa told RadarOnline.com about the move.

"It's going to be a lot of work designing and building the new home, but Joe is an incredible builder and I'm excited to go back to where we started our family."
