Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick Looking Miserable After Model Files Paternity Action

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick couldn't have looked more miserable if they'd tried when they headed out to dinner Friday night.
The pair made their way into the new Mr. Chow Malibu with Kourt walking several paces behind Scott, and both of them scowling.
She was wearing all black on the warm summer night, and kept her eyes down, away from fans and from Scott.
As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, on Thursday Michael Girgenti, a model, filed a paternity suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

He claims he had a one night fling with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star on March 2009 and the result was her son, Mason, who was born that December.
Girgenti is asking for joint custody of the adorable little boy.
Kourtney and Scott were in no mood to answer questions about the shocking legal claim last night. Kardashian is letting her famed attorney Shawn Holley do the talking for them.
On Friday she called Girgenti's accusations "false and defamatory."
